Dear Friends:

As committee members of the Jasper County Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) 2009 Golf Tournament, we would like to encourage you to join us for our 10^th Annual Golf Tournament to be held at the Bay Springs Country Club on Saturday, August 29^th, 2009.  If you cannot participate by playing golf, you are encouraged to make a tax- deductible donation for this very important ministry.

The District 5 FCA encompasses over 11 counties, 78 schools from Meridian to Hattiesburg.  If a single teenager makes a profession of faith through the dedicated staff of the FCA team, then our goal has been accomplished.  Please remember without you, FCA cannot continue the tremendous job that they are doing in our schools by ministering to over 30,000 people and reaching over 1,000 decisions for Christ in 2008.

In years past we were fortunate to raise almost $10,000.00 for FCA through our golf tournament.   Last year we were slightly disappointed by only raising just over $5,000.00.  This golf tournament will account for ¼ of FCA’s District 5 yearly budget.  This year our goal is to surpass the $10,000.00 mark.  Your participation in this tournament will make an impact for all eternity!

Please consider either sponsoring a hole, registering to play golf, donating a door prize, or making a tax deductible donation to our 10^th Annual FCA Golf Tournament.   This is a very worthy cause, and we pray that your participation will help us reach our goal for 2009.
