Coaches
At the heart of FCA are coaches. Our role is to minister to these men and women by encouraging and equipping them to know and serve Christ. FCA ministers to coaches through Bible studies, staff contacts, prayer support, discipleship and mentoring, Behind the Bench (a program for coaches wives), resources, outreach events, national and local conventions, conferences and retreats.
Behind the Bench
Behind the Bench is FCA’s ministry for coaches’ wives. Nine times a year, a Behind the Bench article is posted on the website as well as distributed through our magazine, Sharing the Victory. It includes stories that will encourage and challenge women to strengthen their relationships with Jesus Christ, articles that will help in dealing with pressures unique to the coaching profession and practical tips for daily living.
